This year, 2006, we adopted the charity Guide Dogs for the Blind to raise money for, as one of our members, Peanut, has been loosing his sight for quite a while now and was in need of a Guide Dog. Peanut has since recieved a dog, Yeoman. So far this year we have raised a whopping £3562.63, and at Pups in the Park, the 75th Anniversary of the Guide Dogs for the Blind, we presented the chq to the charity, accompanied by the Mayor & Mayoress.
