We presented the Black Rose Mc with a 25yr Jubilee picture and patch framed, our large mock up cheque and a new Barrel vest. We all were given stickers, t-shirts, and most importantly, we were all presented with Black Rose Mc patches. We were told how important these patches are, and that they are not given away lightly, and we are the only 4 outside of Thailand to be wearing them.

One night we were invited over to an opening night of a Ranch, just recently bought and set up by Harley one of the Black Rose. It was in the middle of nowhere, and around midnight, our 'Tuk Tuk' left. It was around 3am when we finally managed to get another one back to Karon. One of the bar girls working at Harley's place, all quietly and coy, asked if she could share the ride back to Patong (bout an hour away). No probs. Until the damn thing starts moving. Her personality changes and she becomes this loud lary Thai girl, who first tried it on with the boys, then admited she fancied girls, then tried it on with Maria (I hid at the back trying to stay well out of sight!). Finally Maria got fed up and we asked her to get out. Eventually she did, and we managed to get back without our earholes assalted any more!

All evening Maria told us how grateful they were to us, and how much difference the money we raised would make to the day care centre where it will be used. So A BIG THANKYOU TO EVERYONE FOR HELPING US TO RAISE SUCH A LARGE AMOUNT!!
