It's been a year, and what a year, laughter, tears, more laughter and plenty more tears.
On the 28th March 2008, Gunaajav Unurtugs was found guilty, by Jury, of Causing Death by Dangerous Driving. On the 21st April 2008 he was sentanced to 4 years imprisonment, with 2 years on licence, 3 year driving ban (to start when he leaves jail), 9 points on his licence and will have to take the Extended Driving Test.
Nothing will bring Alex back to us, but it goes a very small way in helping us cope with the future with out our Young Alex.
