Tickets are now available, Get ’em while they’re hot…
We sold out last year so don’t wait – buy now!
Please note that payment is by paypal and the rallysec will send out the tickets by email shortly after – we’re not all techno-wizzy so this is done manually, don’t panic if they take a few days to arrive.
The club has been proud to support the MK food bank this year. Both fundraising and taking part in the “MK Can” event in which the world record for longest line of cans was not just broken but obliterated!
Thanks to all those who brought food cans to the GPO rally to help!
Apologies for the lack of updates here, it’s been a busy year! The custom show was a success with the weather holding out and much nicer than last years extreme-scorcher!
The GPO was also a great success with unseasonally good weather (shorts in October, bonkers!) and a lot of fun had all round.
Pictures of all events are on our social media pages: https://www.facebook.com/BarrelBikers (official club page) and https://www.facebook.com/groups/56091920819 (“Friends of the Barrel Bikers” page)
Watch this space as tickets for the Firkin O’Bitter rally will go on sale soon (provisional date is the 23rd to 25th February 2024)
The custom show is coming up soon and will be held on the 6th August at the Cruck Barn, Bradwell Abbey (MK13 9AP, what3words: majors.rainfall.trader)
Free entry and lots to enjoy for the whole family – we hope to see you there!

Our most recent charity, who we have collected for from Apr-22 to Mar-23, was the Blood bikes (www.serv-obn.org.uk). We raised £1,669.914
At Christmas 2022 we donated to charity rather than giving each other Christmas Cards. This was donated to Curly Tails Pig Sanctuary in Newton Longville (https://curlytails.org/)
Over the pandemic we were unable to elect a new charity annually as we usually do so continued to support our 2019 elected Charity, The Milton Keynes hospital Charity (https://www.mkhcharity.org.uk/), until Apr-22. We raised £2,399.39 during this time.
In memory of Mole, who we lost to Covid during the pandemic, we did a midsummer run in 2022 to the Rollright stones. Mole’s widow, Karen, chose Prostate Cancer UK as the beneficiary of the funds raised.
Attached are the lovely thank you letters we have received for these donations.
Well that’s the Firkin O Bitter sold out again for the second year in a row.
Thank-you all for your support.
5 years in the Barrel, here’s to many more!
Despite his health issues Wyatt was happy to receive his 10yr patch this weekend – well done Wyatt!
Congratulations to Peanut on receiving his 25yr membership patch last night and to Fi and Malc on their 15yr. Well done to all of you for your hard work and commitment to the club over the years.
